I sucked at taking pictures. I would just keep practicing, after you practice you'll get better at it. If there are any summer clubs that offer Photography Club, I would join it. Even though, you have some experience in taking pictures, you can get better at it. It'll help a lot.Any advice for a 13 yr old girl that loves taking pictures?

I think everyone sucks at first. I took my first photo class in college, and I think it took me about 2 years to start taking AWESOME Pictures. I think it is a learning thing, plus I think the more you take pictures the more you start to develop an eye for it, and therefore - GORGEOUS Pics!


I know you probably do not have photo classes at this young age. So, I would suggest to go to the library, or barnes %26amp; noble and start looking at photography books / magazines and start getting ideas of what you can take pictures of. Don't just flip through the pages as fast as you can.... really look at the details and the lighting especially on the ones you love!
Try checking with the local boys and girls clubs in your area to see if they have any summer classes on that subject. You can also see if there are any clubs in your local area that your parents may let you join. See if there is a group in your school that is into photography.
okay. um if i were you i would research some pictures on the internet and try to mimick them. also if the lighting or coloring isnt right...you should try editing them on picnik.com.

Keep on practicing. and remember to get the right angle and lighting needed for the picture. And depending on the mood, take it in a particular angle, area and setting.
take pictures of cheese. lol run up to random people and show them your photo's all of them not just the cheese. if you just show them cheese they will think your weird.

Could be the camera, or maybe you should try different lighting or angles.
