I have been suffering from eczema for almost 3 years, any advice?

What are the best remedies and medications for eczema?

What foods do I have to avoid?I have been suffering from eczema for almost 3 years, any advice?
Well my son was diagnosed with eczema as a baby, and everybody asks me what I use on his skin because it is sooo smooth. The key to eczema is moisturizing. I watch what bath products I use on his skin, even paying a litttle extra for natural bath washes like Burt Baby Bees and Dr. Tom's of Maine, these products are sulfate and paraben free. Then I use Curel Intensive lotion on his skin every night right after a luke warm bath, he has had no problems with his skin, but occasional patches on his cheeks. I use hydrocortisone for his cheeks, but none of that on the rest of his body. He is 22-months-now.I have been suffering from eczema for almost 3 years, any advice?
The best remedies is to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, because they contain Vitamin E and Aloe Vera, these 2 nutrients are vital for the skin self defence system, without them the skin can not perform its task to eliminate eczema. This is the reason why moisturiser creams work so well, because they are artificially enhanced with vitamin E and Aloe Vera, so why take is artificially? if we can have it naturally by just eating fruits and veg's.

You can also try the milk bath therapy, find out more about this therapy and other home made remedies for eczema on http://www.squidoo.com/eczema-cure-today and http://www.eczemacuretoday.com
I have had eczema ever since I was 2 (now I'm 28). When my mother asked the doctor what to avoid, he pretty much just said anything and everything =.=';. However, I found it best to just wait it out...and then go tanning afterwards so that my skin is the same color. Apparently, after you've had it in one place and it heals, it won't come back. I'm not sure if that's totally true, but so far, it's worked so far.
I find that cranberries are no good for my eczema and things like guinea pig hair. I use body butter from the body shop. It may seem girly but it cleared up my mum's psoriosis is less than 2 months and the body shop have a special men's selection in selected stores. It works wonders and is less expensive than 拢3 a tube from the pharmacy because it lasts a lot longer.
Herbal remedies from serenaskin.com work better than anything else I've tried before. It's natural, no steroids. They have a whole approach to the treatment.

I used ointment and spray to clear the skin and now continue with anti-eczema extract to prevent flare-ups.

My skin has been clear for more than 9 mo now.

You should pay attention to what food you are allergic. It is different for everybody. I avoid milk and soy products.
Hi,

Why did you want to suffer for so many years? What country are you in? I guess if you are in the United States or other European countries, then the doctors have not heard of the answer to eczema.

Eczema / psoriasis is sometimes caused by eating things like shellfish, or sometimes caused by stress.

Here is how they treat eczema in Japan. It really works, I have seen two people improve his skin condition too.

You can get the water for free. Place a wanted add in Craigslist for 8.5 PH drinking water. Someone might answer the add, and be able to provide the 8.5 PH water and the 2.5 PH water to treat the skin.

Good Luck!
There are a lot of ways to cure your eczema. You don't have to spend hundreds of dollars for pills or creams, there are better ways. This for instance is an all natural way of curing your eczema. Probably one of the best around, check it out.
